Please note that in the case of returns or exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Orders are usually delivered within 14 to 16 business days. However, in rare cases, there may be delays due to high orders volume or unforeseen circumstances.

You can make changes to your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order is submitted, it is automatically sent to the relevant department for processing. Due to this fast turnaround, we’re unable to make any changes after the 12-hour window.

Yes, you can request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your product. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with official tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.

Yes, we ship our products to most countries around the world. However, we currently do not deliver to Israel and some remote areas where shipping facility is not available.

If your order is lost in transit and you’ve already made the payment, we will resend the item to you at no additional cost. Courier tracking confirms that the package was not delivered. However, if the tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address you provided and it was stolen from your doorstep, Jackets Lab cannot be held responsible.
