We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Jackets Lab. If you are not happy for any reason, we offer an easy return process.
1.Countries and Policy
Countries: Only shipped in USA.
Returns: We accept returns for defective and non-defective products.
Exchanges: Yes, we accept exchanges.
2.Condition and Window
Product Condition: Our store accepts products that are opened or have been slightly used.
Return Window: The amount of time a customer has to return a product is 30 days.
3.Method and Fees
Return Method: The only available return method is by mail.
Currency: Currency that applies to this policy is USD. The amount will automatically be converted into the customer’s local currency.
Return Label: Download and print.
Restocking Fee: No Cost
Refund Processing Time: The amount of time it takes for the customer to receive a refund is 7 days.
4. Policy Details
Countries: We exclusively serve the USA market, providing free shipping and accepting returns as well from USA.
Returns / Exchanges: Returns or Exchanges are allowed for defective items as well as non-defective items (those items which returned due to preference, size issues, colour issues or change of mind).
Defective and Damaged Items: Our policy applies equally to both defective and damaged products. Products that have manufacturing flaws or production issues, considered as Defective Items. Products that have been harmed by the courier or during transit, considered as Damaged Items.
Product Condition: We accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened or slightly used to ensure fit and quality. However, items must not be washed, altered, or damaged. All returns must include original tags, labels, and packaging intact and be free from any odours or stains, regardless of whether the item has been slightly used.
Slightly Used: The customer can open the package to inspect the item, tried the jacket on indoors to check the size and fit, and walked around their house to test comfort.
Return Days: Customer may return eligible items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the date the product was delivered to you.
Return Method: All returns must be processed exclusively via shipment through a recognized postal or courier service.
Return Responsibility: Return shipping is free for defective items. For incorrect size, incorrect colour ordered, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Label and Costs: Upon initiating a return, a prepaid shipping label will be provided via email for the customer to download and print. The return shipping cost will be covered by us for items determined to be defective or damaged. For all other returns (e.g., customer remorse, change of mind, or sizing issues), the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Restocking Fees: No restocking fees will be charged on returns or exchanges, whether the item is defective or non-defective.
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notification to inform about approval or rejection.
Refund Time: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours. But refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will ship the new item immediately upon processing the return of the original item.
5. How to Initiate a Return?
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@jacketslab.com with your order number and the reason for the return. In case of any defective product, please attach videos or images as a proof when submitting your return request.
We will provide you return address and detailed instructions for mailing your item back. All returns must be sent back by mail to the return address provided to you.
6.Changes to this Policy
The most recent update to this policy was made on December 01, 2025. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
