3.Delivery Issues
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information.
