Same Day Processing: Orders placed before 06:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Toronto) will be processed the same day.

Next Day Processing: Orders placed after 06:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Toronto) will be processed on the next business day.

Sunday or Public Holidays: Orders are not processed, delivered, or shipped on Sunday or public holidays.

Delays: Orders may be delayed by a few days due to high volume of orders, remote locations, natural disasters, severe weather, incorrect shipping address, customs inspection or clearance issues, customer not available at the time of delivery and third-party shipping services. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Partners: We ship mainly through reliable partners such as DHL, FedEx and others to ensure safe, timely, and dependable delivery. All shipments include tracking for your convenience and peace of mind.

Shipping Status: After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can easily monitor your shipment’s progress using the tracking number and the carrier’s website.

Free Shipping Exceptions: Shipping cost may apply for deliveries to remote or out-of-service areas.
