RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please read this carefully
At Jackets Lab, we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare case that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’re here to make it right.
1.Valid Only for Defective or Damaged Products
Change of mind, dislike of color, size preference, or incorrect order placement by the customer is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Our return, refund, and exchange policy only applies if:
•The product you received is damaged or defective
•You received the wrong item.
2.Return Conditions
➤You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@jacketslab.com
➤Return requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
➤The product must:
•Be unused and in original condition
•Have original packaging and tags
•Include proof of defect (clear photo or video)
3.Exchange Process
➤If the product is verified to be defective or incorrect, we will offer a free exchange of the same item (subject to availability).
➤If the item is out of stock, we may offer an alternative item or a refund.
4.Refunds (Only if Applicable)
➤If an exchange is not possible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
➤Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
➤Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.
5.Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following:
➤Change of mind
➤Size preference
➤Incorrect product ordered by the customer
➤Minor color variation due to screen/display
➤Delayed deliveries caused by shipping providers
