Return Policy

1.Countries and Policy

Countries: We accept returns from all countries.
Returns: We accept returns for defective products only.
Exchanges: Yes, we accept exchanges.

2.Condition and Window

Product Condition: Our store accepts new and slightly used products for a return or exchange that are opened or have been slightly used.
Return Window: The amount of time a customer has to return a product is 10 days.

3.Method and Fees

Return Method: The only available return method is by mail.
Return Label: The return label is the customer’s responsibility.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 25% of the product price will be charged on returns.
Refund Processing Time: The amount of time it takes for the customer to receive a refund is 7 days.
Currency: Currency that applies to this policy is USD. The amount will automatically be converted into the customer’s local currency.

4. Other Terms

Return or Exchange Eligibility: Change of mind, dislike of colour, minor colour variation due to screen/display, size preference, delayed deliveries caused by shipping providers or incorrect order placement by the customer is not eligible for return or exchange. Our return or exchange policy applies only if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and it must be returned in its original condition.

Return Time: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Return requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy: If the product is verified to be defective or incorrect, we will offer a free exchange of the same item (subject to availability). If the item is out of stock, we may offer an alternative item or a refund.

Refund Policy: If an exchange is not possible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

How to Initiate a Return?

To initiate return, you need to notify us by sending an email at support@jacketslab.com. Please attach video proof when submitting your return request.
